Two tenants in the same block, both in their sixties, started to complain about each other. It was all about noise to start with. Two more of the elderly neighbours joined in the complaints. They reported loud banging and an electric motor running in the middle of the night. In 26 months, over 40 complaints were logged with Lewisham's Noise Patrol Team. MORE>>
