There are a number of homes in the area; mostly small infill blocks with 4 - 12 flats where the communal gardens at the back are divided into a plot for each of the flats.The conditions of the gardens vary greatly. Some are well kept, some are overgrown and there are all sorts of variations in between. The Phoenix Residents Group (PRG) is at the heart of the Community Gateway model. Its role is to monitor and scrutinise performance and recommend improvements to service delivery, as well as being the key forum for policy consultation and the conduit between the Local Area Panels and the Board.
