YOUR RENT
How and where to pay your rent
Your rent is due every week and, therefore, you should pay once a week unless you have made a special arrangement.   You can pay your rent in one of the following ways:

Allpay internet logoInternet payment service using debit/credit card - Click to access our internet payment site - have your rent payment card and debit/credit card available.  You will need to enter your 10 digit rent payment card number and will be prompted for a password to register on the site.  Then just follow the instructions.  You will be able to print details of the payment made (and receive an email if you have these facilities available).

Post office logoAt any Post Office - with a swipe card you can pay your rent at any Post Office by cash or cheque. A card will be ordered for you, if needed, by either one of our Customer Services Advisors or your Housing Officer.

Paypoint logoWhere you see the PayPoint logo - use your swipe card to pay at retail outlets where you see the PayPoint logo.  A card will be ordered for you, if needed, by either one of our Customer Services Advisors or your Housing Officer.

Standing order logoBy Standing Order - please contact Customer Services or your Housing Officer for a Standing Order form for you to complete and pass to your bank.

DD logoBy Direct Debit - You can make payments directly from your bank account.  You will be notified of the amount for collection and date of payment.  With your authorisation the amount will be deducted from your bank account on a regular basis.  Please contact one of our Customer Services Advisors or your Housing Officer for further details, or download a direct debit form by clicking here.

cheque logoBy cheque in the post - Make your cheque payable to "Phoenix Community Housing "  and send to Wren Court, 15 London Road, Bromley, BR1 1DE.  Please ensure that cheques or postal orders are crossed and have the address for which you are paying the rent written clearly on the back.

Allpay telephone logoBy telephone via allpay.net's IVR payment service - This service is available to anyone with a registered landline telephone or mobile which has a touch tone keypad.  Dial 0844 557 8321 and follow the voice prompts.  You will be asked to enter your allpay payment card details and your credit/debit card details.  An authorisation code is given for each successful transaction, which acts in exactly the same way as a paper receipt.  This service is completely secure, so you can be assured that your personal details will not be disclosed to anyone else.

By text messaging - Use your payment card and your debit card or credit card to complete the simple 4 step Registration process on line at: https://WWW.allpayments.net/textpay/logon.aspx

Any resident who used Woolworths to pay their bills and still wish to pay over-the-counter can continue to use the extensive Post Office and PayPoint networks which both accept cash payments.

The Paypoint network numbers over 19,000 terminals located in local shops in all parts of the UK. The Post Office numbers over 13,000 branches.
