Phoenix Community Housing wants to provide the best repair and maintenance service for its residents (members). Our ambition is to be the best service provider not only in London, but the whole country. 
This is a very high target to meet and will not be achieved overnight. Being the best service provider means carrying out repairs to your homes quickly and efficiently.
We will expect all repairs to be of the highest quality. We will expect all repairs to be of the highest quality. We also apply this criteria to all communal repairs. The communal repairs are usually reported by caretakers directly to the repair and maintenance section, but all residents (members) are encouraged to report any communal repairs that they feel have been overlooked.
These repairs can be reported in the same way that you would report a repair to your home. It is just as important for us to be made aware of communal repairs as it is for any other repairs. Together we can not only ensure your homes are in good order of repair, but that the environment is also of the highest order.
For example we want estates to be free from broken glazing, no dripping or broken outside taps, bin chamber doors in good order, paths, fences, railings and brick walls all in a safe condition, all drains are clear.
There are many more repairs than mentioned here, but we can only carry out these repairs if we are made aware of them. Please do not hesitate to report any communal repair in the same way as you would report any other repair. Help us to keep your environment to the condition you want.
Reporting a repair from the website, if you go to the link at the top of this page called report by email, when you click on the link, you will find a form to report a repair, which you can fill in and even upload a photo of the repair. On the form you will find a box called other, please tick this box if you are reporting a communal repair, if you live on a estate or not?
