Under no circumstances should you store personal belongings in any of the loft areas. Loft spaces are communal areas owned by Phoenix and often contain water tanks and other essential equipment for the buildings. This could be a serious fire hazard and therefore extremely dangerous not only to yourselves but to other residents in the block.

If access is needed to the loft space for essential work to be carried out such as a repair to an individual water tank, then you must send us written confirmation of when you require the access and what improvements are to be carried out giving details of the fully qualified person you have employed. Please note, Phoenix, as the freeholders are responsible for the installation of loft insulation. Under no circumstances should you arrange for the loft to be insulated yourself.
